This free and easy broth/stock will heighten the flavor of all your dishes! I do not add salt or pepper to the stock so that I can personalize it to fit any dish.
Save all carrot, onion, and celery discards (even whole veggies that you dont think you will use in time)
Save all chicken bones - cooked or uncooked
Store in ziploc gallon bags in freezer
Add all bones to preferred size slow cooker
Add 1-2 TBS apple cider vingar
Add water
Set slow cooker to high for 1 hour
Set slow cooker to low for 2-3+ days
Before the last 4 hours add vegetable scraps and turn to high
Strain and use
I store whatever I will not use within 3 days in 2 cup increments in quart sized freezer bags. Freeze flat for streamlined storage.
