4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can each red & green enchilada sauce
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 medium onion - diced
4oz can diced green chilies
4oz cream cheese
tortillas
Shredded cheddar
Green onions - diced
Cook chicken, sauce, garlic, onions and chilies in crockpot low 4-6 hours.
Remove chicken, reserve sauce in a bowl.
Shred chicken & return to crockpot Add cream cheese and 1/2C sauce.
Cook on low 10 min
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
One tortilla at a time dip into sauce, lay in baking dish, spoon chicken mixture into tortilla and roll
Pour remaining sauce over rolled enchiladas
Top w/ cheddar and green onions
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
