Thai Peanut Chicken - Slow Cooker

This is altered from: Rival's "Crock Pot Best Loved Slow Cooker Recipes"


1 package boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 5)
1 cup medium salsa
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
2 TBS lime juice
1 TBS soy sauce
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
1 tsp Sriracha sauce (optional)

Place chicken thighs in based of crock
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
Cook low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours
Serve over hot over coconut rice
